a pre order is when your item can take UP to 10/12 days to arrive, if this is delayed it could take up to 35 days which is unlikely but it does happen in some cases, if your item hasn’t came after the 35 days, you can request a refund by emailing me

CUSTOM FEES! 

one of my most asked questions if if you have to pay duty fees, and the answer is sometimes yes. if your from ireland or anywhere else other than the uk, you may have to pay custom fees. unfortunately, we can’t tell you if you always have to, because it just happens, if you don’t want to pay these charges it’ll be sent back to me and you’ll get a refund.

hi girls, you can send your order back for either a exchange or a refund within 7 days, if it’s a refund, you will NOT be refunded shipping unless it’s my fault about what happened, if you have sent something back after 7 days and it’s not clothing, i can give you a refund- however this doesn’t apply with clothing.
